Nick has been with ECL Group for over a decade, building his career from frontline technical support through to leadership of the Technology Solutions division.
With extensive experience in service delivery, account management, and major project execution, he has led initiatives such as the nationwide NZ Post POS replacement and large-scale customer technology rollouts.
As General Manager, Nick oversees financial performance and operational delivery across projects, technical services, helpdesk, and field support.
Detail-oriented and people-focused, he is committed to enabling teams and driving customer success through technology.
