Mason leads ECL Group’s People & Safety function, supporting over 280 staff across Aotearoa and is based in Auckland. He brings in-depth experience from large, successful New Zealand companies, including Air New Zealand, Noel Leeming, and others.
Mason is known for developing people and business strategies that drive change and deliver on company performance.
He thrives when working across diverse teams, managing talent to maximise their potential, and fostering a culture of engagement, clear communication, and a can-do attitude that drives a positive people culture.
