Dan Coffey
General Manager Operations
Dan Coffey is ECL Group's General Manager Operations and is responsible for leading operational performance and service delivery across the business. He works closely with teams throughout ECL to ensure safe, reliable and customer-focused outcomes while building the capability, systems and processes needed to support sustainable growth.
Dan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining ECL, he was General Manager Works Programme at WEL Networks and spent 15 years with Z Energy and Chevron in a range of operational, commercial and strategy leadership roles.
Known for his practical and people-focused leadership style, Dan has a strong track record of leading transformation, improving performance and developing high-performing teams. He is passionate about delivering great customer outcomes and building a culture that supports collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across ECL.
