Courtney Ireland is ECL Group's Chief Executive Officer and leads the business with a strong focus on people, customers, and performance. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale operations, commercial strategy, business development, and organisational change across New Zealand.
Courtney's career includes 18 years with Chevron and BP, where he held senior roles across Commercial, Retail, and Supply Chain. Most recently, he led the Value-Added business at Motion New Zealand, overseeing technical products and services, nationwide workshop operations, and 24/7 field service teams.
Courtney combines commercial acumen with a practical, people-focused approach. He is committed to building on ECL's strong foundations and delivering sustainable growth, exceptional customer outcomes, and long-term success for the business.
