Angus is an experienced director and commercial executive with more than 30 years in senior leadership roles.
He has governance experience across public and private companies, including Animates, Molemap and NZX-listed WasteCo, with a commercially grounded approach focused on performance, risk, and protecting and growing shareholder value.
He spent 27 years with EBOS Group, leading major acquisitions, business transformations and operational improvements across New Zealand and Australia.
Since 2017, he has advised and governed a range of businesses with a focus on performance improvement, restructuring, growth and shareholder returns.
